Returns
Due to multiple entities which include the factory as well as the warehouse, we are unable to fully manage stock. Stocks can be changed at any time. It is possible that you will not receive your order once the order has been made.
The policy is 30 days. If it's been more than 30 days since the date you purchased your item We're sorry to say that we can't offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund the product must be unopened and in the same state as when you received it in. It must also still be in the original package.
