Note: Orders containing more than one product are assigned a particular processing period based on the individual item.

Our policy is valid for 30 days. If it's been more 30 days since the date you purchased your item We're sorry to say that we can't offer you a full refund or exchange.
You can only return a product when it's unopened and in the same condition when you received it. The item should be returned in its original packaging.
