Our warehouse staff is highly trained to pack your goods precisely according to the specifications we offer. The goods you send us are checked thoroughly and properly secured before shipping. Both Europe and the USA have distribution and warehouse centres.
Note: Orders that include more than one item are assigned a processing time in accordance with the item.
We will thoroughly inspect all items before sending. The majority of orders are shipped within 48 hours. Delivery time ranges between 3-7 days.
Returns
Stock is dynamic. It is not managed entirely by us since we have multiple organizations, such as the factory and our storage. Therefore, the actual inventory could change at any time. It's possible that the stocks could be depleted after your order has been placed.
The policy is 30 days. If you haven't received your product within 30 days, we are unable to offer the option of a refund or exchange.
You can only return a product if it is unused and is in the same condition when you received it. The item must be returned in its original packaging.
