We are able offer many shipping options due to our long-term relationship with UPS FedEx DHL. Our warehouse staff will package each item according to our strict requirements. Before shipment, all items are thoroughly inspected and safely secured. We ship to thousands of customers each day from multiple countries. Our commitment to become the largest online retailer around the globe is evident by this. Warehouses and distribution centers are located throughout Europe as well as the USA.
Note: Orders that contain multiple items will have a different processing time for each item.
Prior to shipment, all purchased products will be thoroughly inspected. The majority of orders will be delivered within 48 hours. The delivery estimate is 3 to 7 days.
Returns
The stock is constantly changing. It's not entirely managed by us, as we have multiple entities, including the factory and our storage. The stock can change at any moment. Be aware that your order may be out of stock once your order has been made.
Our policy is valid for 30 days. We will not return or exchange your purchase after 30 days from the date of purchase.
For your item to be returned it must be in its original packaging, unopened and in the condition you received it. It must also still remain in the original packaging.
