Our warehouse staff are highly trained and will pack the goods according to the exact and precise specifications. The goods you send us are checked thoroughly and securely secured prior to shipment. Note: Orders with more than one item will be assigned a distinct processing time, based on the individual item.
Prior to shipment the items, our staff will carry out an extensive inspection of the products you have ordered. Today, the majority orders will be sent within 48 hours. The expected delivery time is 3 to 7 days.
Returns
Stock is dynamic, and cannot be fully controlled by us because of the involvement of multiple parties including the factory and our warehouse. Stocks can be changed at any moment. It is possible that your order may be out of stock once your order has been made.
Our policy is valid for 30 days. Unfortunately, if thirty days have passed from the date you purchased the item, we cannot provide a refund or exchange.
The item should not be used and in the original packaging. It should also be in the original packaging.
